About Pavlova.Brownies – Handmade Pavlova in Kuala Lumpur

Pavlova.Brownies began as a passion project from a home kitchen at Platinum Victory PV6, Kuala Lumpur. What started as baking pavlova for family gatherings and small celebrations quickly grew into a trusted home-based bakery in KL through word of mouth and repeat customers.

We noticed that many cakes available in the market were overly sweet and heavy. Our goal was simple — to create a pavlova that feels light, balanced and enjoyable for all ages. After months of research and recipe development, we perfected a less sweet pavlova with a crisp meringue shell and a soft marshmallow centre.

Each pavlova is topped with imported dairy cream and freshly cut fruits including strawberries, kiwi, grapes, blueberries and mango. We never use canned fruits. Freshness is our priority.

As a halal pavlova bakery in Kuala Lumpur, we carefully source our ingredients to ensure they meet halal standards while maintaining premium quality. Every order is baked upon preorder (minimum 2 days notice) to preserve the ideal texture and flavour.
