Our Story – A Home-Based Pavlova Bakery in KL

Pavlova.Brownies began as a passion project from a home kitchen at Platinum Victory PV6, Kuala Lumpur. What started as baking pavlova for family gatherings and small celebrations quickly grew into a trusted home-based bakery in KL through word of mouth and repeat customers.

We noticed that many cakes available in the market were overly sweet and heavy. Our goal was simple — to create a pavlova that feels light, balanced and enjoyable for all ages. After months of research and recipe development, we perfected a less sweet pavlova with a crisp meringue shell and a soft marshmallow centre.

Each pavlova is topped with imported dairy cream and freshly cut fruits including strawberries, kiwi, grapes, blueberries and mango. We never use canned fruits. Freshness is our priority.

Hi, I’m Niesa Hasan. By day, I live in the world of precise calculations, logic, and structural design as an engineer. But by night, my kitchen transforms into a creative laboratory fueled by a simple, heartfelt passion: baking the perfect dessert.

What started as a personal hobby quickly evolved when I realized how much my family especially my young son looked forward to my weekend treats. He was my chief taste-tester, and seeing his eyes light up with every bite inspired me to perfect two classic favorites: the delicate Pavlova and the rich, decadent Brownie. I didn’t want to choose between the two, so Pavlova.Brownies was born to offer the ultimate sweet contrast.
